Orders
Placing an order is a request to buy. We confirm every order once payment is received. We may cancel an order we cannot confirm, or one that appears to be false or duplicated.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment is made in full by Easypaisa before dispatch, unless another method is shown at checkout. A delivery charge of Rs 300 applies per order. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay.

Availability
Our fragrances are made in small batches. If an item runs out after you order, we will contact you to offer an exchange for another fragrance or to cancel the order.

Delivery
Delivery takes about 2 to 4 days after confirmation. Times are estimates and may vary because of weather, strikes or courier delays. Please see our Shipping and Delivery page.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as described on our Returns and Exchange page.

Using our fragrances
Our products are for external use only. Fragrances can cause a reaction on sensitive skin, so please test a small area first. Keep away from heat, flames and children.

Liability
We do our best to keep this website accurate and available, but we are not responsible for losses caused by delays outside our control.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
